It was the perfect chance to build rapport with Taber before the big day. She’s great at giving direction so the pictures turn out looking absolutely effortless.”
Taber was my photographer for my wedding this past weekend, 5/24/2025. Words cannot describe how amazing of a person she is and how amazing she is at her job. My entire bridal party and all of the guests loved her. Her attention to detail and ability to command the room in a kind and soft way is truly amazing. She gave us a 90 photo slideshow during the reception for us to go through and for a few seconds I thought it was not us because of how surreal the photos looked like.
We just got our wedding picture preview (see on instagram!) and I cried my eyes out, going through the photos because of how amazing they are. It's safe to say that it's truly indescribable the feeling that her photos give me and you would be remiss to not hire her.

We had our family photos done by Taber and I recommend her to all my friends and family. She was so wonderful in helping me narrow down a location after telling her what vibe I was going for. I have used Taber for personal and professional shoots and can’t recommend her enough. As someone who is not comfortable in front of the camera it is imperative to have someone aid in that regard which makes Taber perfect. On top of quality results she made me feel beautiful and comfortable and laugh through my awkwardness. Making for great candids too!
She was happy to accommodate me and answer my many questions leading up to the shoot to help aid in a smooth execution day of.

“We had a destination wedding in Sanibel, FL and Taber came from WI to shoot our wedding day. She did such an awesome job and everyone loved her, she was great to work with! She is punctual, professional, fun, and flexible.
We had to bump our wedding ceremony up an hour due to rain in the forecast, and Taber was so great with quickly changing the original schedule we created and making accommodations so we were still able to get all the pictures we wanted. She even met with us the following day and we finished up the shots we weren’t able to get done the day of our wedding due to the weather. As a bride it was fun to be able to put my wedding dress on twice! :)

My husband HATES having his picture taken. When we were done, he said, "that was fine." That is truthfully the best review a photographer could receive from him. We will definitely be using Taber for future photos. 5 stars!

Taber is beyond amazing! Her work is just breath taking. There honestly is no one better to work with than Taber! Taber makes taking photos fun, stress free and easy. If you are looking for any type of portraits, engagements, weddings, or family photos she is your person!
We used her for both our engagement photos and our wedding and our photos are incredible. Her attention to detail is mind blowing. All of our photos are beyond stunning. Taber has done our pictures for the last few years so it was a no brainer to use her for our engagement and wedding! Our engagement pics turned out amazing and the sneak peeks we got for our wedding have me dying for the rest of them. Taber and Rachel were both great to work with, coaching us on our poses, giving us funny prompts and making us laugh all day long.
Not only is Taber professional, but super relatable too. Which makes taking pictures less stressful. Our ring bearer has autism and she really worked with him to get him comfortable for pictures. We have built a relationship with her and that’s how I feel other couples should look at their photographer. She knows us, listened to our wants, and helped us make our day truly magical.

I was a COVID bride so changing my original plan left me defeated and I was ready to cancel everything. We have used Taber for our photographer starting with our wedding photography and moving into maternity, newborn, and family photos. She has surpassed our expectations every single time. Taber makes the photo shoots fun and is able to engage our small children as well to keep them smiling throughout the session. I highly recommend Taber.

“I could not have dreamt up a better photographer for our wedding than Taber Lacie... I don’t even know where to begin. Booking her was easily the best decision we made of all our vendor choices. I attached quite a few photos because I think they really speak for themselves — her talent is through the roof. There are certainly plenty of photographers out there who are talented and it can be tough to narrow down, but what I think separates Taber from the pack is how, in addition to being uniquely talented and passionate about her work, she is also affordable, incredibly fun to be around, and will stick around for the ENTIRE day and night. The importance of having a photographer who is laid-back, directive (in an enjoyable and super helpful way!), hilarious, and overall a joy to have with you is so underrated; it can really make or break your mood for the day since they’re there, ideally, throughout every part of your day. In terms of her rates, I truly believe she could charge double what she does and still be worth every penny. The fact that she included a free engagement photo session (in part to help you ensure it’s a good fit) and stayed through the reception was such a gift. That said, if I had to pinpoint one aspect of what makes Taber so special and why I would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer is that she tailors her photographs to your preferences and taste. We are a huge fan of dancing photos, for example, and holy cow did she come through. She sends out a questionnaire before the big day and its purposefully lengthy so that she can be thorough and give you all exactly what you’re looking for. Even if our photos aren’t your taste, I highly recommend browsing her site, as her range is as remarkable as is the quality of her photographs. In short, if you book Taber, I am confident she will exceed your expectations just as she exceeded ours.”
“I have been alongside Taber at weddings in the past as the hairdresser and have observed her light up the room with her great personality. A photographer is meant to blend in and capture the day but in pictures often times you are there to capture joy, happiness, and love which makes Taber a great fit. She has many kids so is patient and fun during family shoots, and is just laid back and funny making everyone feel comfortable on a sometimes stressful/busy wedding day.
What she has in personality is matched in professionalism. I wish I would have had her as the photographer for my wedding day!!!”

“I hadn’t intended on writing a review until after out wedding but I can’t help myself! I couldn’t speak more highly of Taber’s customer service and responsiveness to my questions and requests. We were so pleased with our engagement photo album to begin with but me being the finicky woman I am wanted to see a few select photos in black and white and a couple others cropped more, ect.
